Specimen File: T. Ocellus
Greywater Labs – Cryptobiology & Ocular Anomalies Division
First documented crawling out from beneath the supply closet in Ward C, Tentaculis ocellus — known informally as the Eye Crawler — remains one of Greywater Labs' most visually arresting and deeply unsettling specimens.
It has eight legs. It has six eyes. It has never blinked. Not once. Not ever.
Researchers initially attempted to study its visual range, but abandoned the project after three staff members reported "feeling watched" during lunch for the following two weeks. The specimen was deemed non-hostile but aggressively observant.
It does not chase. It does not threaten. It simply… looks. And somehow, that's worse.
This hand-painted 3D printed T. Ocellus sculpture is rendered in vivid crimson with hand-detailed veining and resin glass eyes that catch the light in ways that will make your houseguests deeply uncomfortable.
- 3D printed & hand-painted with unsettling attention to detail
- Six resin glass eyes — all watching. Always watching.
- Part of the Greywater Labs Recovered Materials Collection
- Perfect for gothic shelves, curiosity cabinets, or anywhere you want people to feel mildly surveilled
It is not aggressive. It is simply… aware of you. 👁️
