Mystery Scoops — Final Sale All Mystery Scoop orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Because each scoop is curated as a surprise bundle, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate item exclusions or preferences of any kind. Each scoop is thoughtfully curated as a complete surprise, and requests such as "no hair accessories" or "nothing in a specific color" cannot be honored. If you have allergies or serious concerns, please reach out to us before placing your order. Otherwise, trust the magic of the scoop! 🥄✨
While we don't take exclusions, we do love getting to know you! When placing your order, feel free to share a little about yourself in the order notes — things like your favorite color, favorite animal, or any fun facts about yourself. We use these little details to help personalize your scoop and make it feel extra special. 💜
All Other Products — 14-Day Return Window For all other items in our shop, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at jennifercrowebuzzard@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
