2. Products All products are handcrafted and 3D printed. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations in color, size, or finish may occur and are not considered defects. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the final item.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

4. Mystery Scoops — Final Sale All Mystery Scoop purchases are final sale. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or item exclusions will be honored. By purchasing a Mystery Scoop, you acknowledge and accept that the contents are a surprise and cannot be customized or guaranteed.

5. Shipping We ship within the United States only. Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Feather Creek Design is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off for shipment.

7. Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Feather Creek Design and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability Feather Creek Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
