Thank you for shopping with Feather Creek Design! Here's everything you need to know about shipping.
Processing Time Most orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Mystery Scoop orders require additional time as each scoop is handcrafted and curated just for you — please allow up to 3 weeks for processing and delivery.
Shipping Rates
- 🚚 Free Shipping — on all orders $70 and over
- 📦 Standard Shipping — $8.00 for orders under $70
- ⚡ Express Shipping — $15.00 (available on all orders)
Delivery Times Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the US. Express shipping typically arrives within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at jennifercrowebuzzard@gmail.com and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are shipped via USPS from our studio.
